The emergence of sophomore “shooting guard” (not point) Zach Lavine continues.

This doesn’t come as a surprise in the game before this one Zach Lavine scored 28 points in a loss versus the Phoenix Suns. When things kicked off for the Grizzles last night he was hot and his teammates followed his lead. The Wolves went on a tear ending the 1st quarter with a 42-25 point lead.

The Wolves played well throughout the night, Zach Lavine couldn’t really be stopped he was shooting lights out. Since the All-Star break, he has been averaging 19 PPG. His emergence at the two guard is starting to change things in Minnesota. The Wolves went on to take the win 114-108 on Zach’s 28 points, he shot 11-19 from the field and 6-10 from three-point range. In this game, Zach tied his career highs for most three’s in a game. Check out Zach’s 28 point performance below.
