After a real bad season opener the Nets seem to be finding their way.

Saturday they played Detroit without a healthy Brook Lopez and a tough front line of Pistons. But , they made it through followed by Joe Johnson’s 34 points.  Yesterday they had their home opener , which was a game many had them figured out to loose.  OKC came into this game without their two stars players giving the advantage to the Nets , as one of their stars returned. They Nets never lost a quarter of scoring in their home opener and started out 32 to 19 after the first quarter.  Shooting more than 50 percent throughout the game was a very good look for the team.  Devon Williams showed up and scored 17 points followed by 9 assists, Brook Lopez returned and scored 18 points despite getting off to a rough start, off the bench Team USA Gold Medal winner Mason Plumlee chipped in 10 points and 8 rebounds. The final score was Nets 116 and the Thunder 85. What a great way for the Nets to start off playing at home, this week they have two more games at home, one against the Wolves and another against the Knicks.
