The Cowboys will continue to still have their running back!

Ezekiel Elliot will be on the field on Sunday. Elliot was suspended for six games on Aug. 11 for a violation of the NFL’s personal conduct policy related to domestic violence allegations by a former girlfriend. This is a serious matter but the fact that their weren’t any charges on the crime Elliot was able to make an appeal on the suspension.

The suspension has yet to stick on Elliot for him to sit those six games. For the 4-3 Cowboys to have their running back cleared should make a big difference to their offense plans versus the 6-2 Chiefs this Sunday. Even thou Ezekiel is free to play Sunday he isn’t out of the woods yet, he could still start serving the suspension as early as next week if the ruling is not in his favor when a panel of federal judges convene about the suspension.
