Now we have done so many Workout Wednesdays post but never have really touched on what should be in your gym bag.
Weekly we always post on fitness essentials and some of those do go in your gym bag. For me, the basics that should go in your gym bag should be your workout shoes, a water bottle, towel, and your MP3 player. But, there are some things I honestly can be missing, that should go in the bag.
