Its #WorkoutWednesdays so here is our workout tip of the day.

This tip is from fitness trainer and life coach Clive Sergeant , this tip is for the back.


The beginning of a great back starts with pull ups. 3 sets 15 reps.  Squeeze the muscle. 2. When you feel the muscles burning its when u start counting the real work begin’s.
