After we all work out we get hungry.

 

When we are finished with that amazing workout, we don’t want to eat the wrong thing.  Eating the wrong foods after a workout aren’t a smart choice. You shouldn’t hit the gym work on your cardio for an hour , then do ab workouts and go to McDonalds.  Right now we are going to suggest something which is tasty , light , and can help bring on the muscle.  A smoothie, smoothie’s contain fruits and ingredients like whey, which help when you are trying not to be soar after a workout.  Below is a great and short video on how to prepare your own post workout Smoothie.  ENJOY!
