This week we have a fitness tip to help protect your neck.

 

I figure the neck is something some of us don’t really think about while working out. Well , check out this tip as it was one of the 100 best tips from Mens Health.

 

Protect Your Neck:

Put your tongue on the roof of your mouth when you do crunches. “It will help align your head properly, which helps reduce neck strain,” says Michael Mejia, C.S.C.S., Men’s Health exercise advisor.
