Ready for the Reset!?

 

Despite the major #snowday that just happened Spring is trying to creep in! With that knowledge at hand are you ready for the reset?

 

Think of it as a rebirth of sorts. A renewal where you come out looking shiny and new ( you can seriously shed a layer). The time is now to eat in season and get more raw food in your diet. Eating seasonally can increased productivity in the body processes and movement. As well as lowers the chances of exposure to genetic modification. Also eating raw is perfect for the warmer months ahead because it will keep the body cooler!

 

The next thing you should do ( after reading this of course 😂) is grab some of the seasonal veggies and fruits listed below, remember to eat a salad or a raw meal at least once a day and get going on a detox to bring you into the renewal of spring the right way!
