What if you can’t afford to have your own personal trainer. Apple and Androids has a few cool fitness applications, I came across the Daily Work-Out App with a free Personal Trainer. The app is great for men and women. We can no longer make excuses, this app is free and it will only take a few minutes to have a good work out with a free personal trainer to guide you at all times. The Daily Work-out has many different exercises to choose from such as Cardio, Arm, Buttocks, legs and many more. The app also includes if you want to focus on one section of your body it has 5-10 minutes workouts. If you want to do the whole body it has 10-30 minutes work outs.
