This week for #Workout Wednesday we will profile Fitbit.

Fitbit is a fitness tracking app that track your weight , calories , glucose level , and more.  This app is designed to keep you healthy and fit , Fitbit also produces wristband and wireless devices that can work with the Fitbit app on tracking your fitness goals. From steps walked , to your exercise frequency it all can be monitored.
