When it comes to the 2015 lineup of retros Jordan brand has reverted back to the way things used to be in a sense. The latest installment in the remastered collection is the Air Jordan Retro 7 “French Blue”, the last time we saw this sneaker in which Michael Jordan won his second NBA Championship sporting this colorway was back in 2002. The objective behind the entire remastered collection is to recreate these iconic shoes as close as possible to it’s original release, now while this might not be an exact replica of the OG it surely is very close. Premium materials are the focal point on the recreation of the remastered retros, on this pair we see a white tumbled pebble leather all throughout the entire upper. The midsole is a matte white accented with french blue, flint grey and legend blue, with the outsole in a very dark obsidian blue. The 2002 version saw a perforated leather tongue, which is now replaced with a white neoprene material on the 2015 pair. Overall this is sure to be a staple in any sneakerhead’s collection from it’s fresh clean look to it’s attention to details seen all throughout the shoe.
