Hydration is a very important part of living.

 

After all, water makes up the majority of our bodies so it is utterly vital to stay hydrated! Without staying hydrated you would suffer from a number of ailments like fever, vomitting, and even rapid breathing. There are several levels of dehydration: mild, moderate, and severe- none of which you want to experience! As if those levels aren’t scary enough, long term dehydration may affect your organs and lead to kidney stones, muscle damage, constipation, and even liver, joint, and cholesterol problems.  Hydration is essential for your everyday life so today I am going to share a video from LEAF TV that highlights fruits that will help you stay hydrated.
