Eminem is back on the music scene and it seems the tv screen too! The Detroit rapper’s track “So Bad” from his 2010 album ‘Recovery’ has just resurfaced. This time it’s in a kids movie…

Yes, you read that right, a kids movie. The song appears in the newly released trailer for Despicable Me 3. As fans, we are well aware that Em’s music was never kid friendly, but seems as though Universal Pictures found a way around the F bomb riddled record. The less explicit version used throughout the trailer is Eminem saying “So bad, I’m so good that I’m so bad …” over the instrumental.

When you think about it, it’s a great addition to the soundtrack when it’s a movie about a villain turned good guy, tempted by his old ways.

The soundtrack for the sequels just keep getting better and better ! Back in 2013, Pharrell’s “Happy” was the featured song in the trailer for Despicable Me 2 and now Eminem.
