Arguably the greatest night in music, The Grammy Awards, has a rich and exciting history.
It is hard to imagine all the jaw dropping performances and once in a lifetime experiences tied to that one evening. Luckily for all of us, no one has to! At least no one on the east coast! It has been officially announced that the Garden State will be home to The Grammy Museum coming this fall (2017.)
According to their site, the Grammy Museum:
… explores and celebrates the enduring legacies of all forms of music; the creative process; the art and technology of the recording process; and the history of the GRAMMY Awards, the premier recognition of recorded music accomplishment.
New Jersey will join states like California that are home to such establishments. It is only fitting that N.J be the next state to host such a grand venue because N.J has birthed so many of the very artists the Grammy Museum will showcase! The list includes Bon Jovi, Lauryn Hill, Frank Sinatra, and the incomparable Whitney Houston, just to name a few!
