As we all know Drake is big on his city and is present at all Toronto Raptors games.

This is because he serves as a Global Ambassador for the team. Oddly, last night (May 7th), the Toronto rapper wasn’t in attendance for the Raptors playoff victory against Miami Heat.  Come to find out he was filming the video for the chart-topping single “One Dance.”

The hit single “One Dance” is the second single off his “Views From the 6”  album that just dropped on April 29th. The song is currently sitting at No. 2 on the Billboard 100 chart. The single even broke Adele’s one week UK streaming record for a single by passing her with 7.8 million streams in a week to her 7.3 million streams with her song “Hello.”

After the win for the Raptors with an ending score of 95-91 against the Miami Heat, Drizzy took to Instagram to tell fans why he wasn’t at the game. He posts a photo of Lowry and DeRozan and captions it:

“On set for ‘One Dance’ and it’s killing me that I am missing these games!!! But even on the road the man dem are going [up] 2-1,”
